Fulton’s Foods are a successful food retail company selling a range of frozen, dry and chilled products operating 106 stores throughout the Yorkshire, Humberside, North East and Lancashire/Manchester area’s. We now require a Manager for our Holderness Store.
The successful candidate will not necessarily have a food retail background but will be people minded with the passion, drive and determination to lead and motivate a successful team.
This is a hand’s on role which requires commitment and self motivation. Duties include customer service, cash handling, managing and recruiting staff, placing orders and receiving deliveries plus other associated tasks as required. Some lifting of up to 25kgs is required, use of own transport would be desirable. Salary £19,600 to £20,000 per annum depending on experience plus monthly bonus scheme, 45 hours per week 5 days from 7.
